  Dr. Jeff Ward is the greatest vet I have ever had. Your fur babies or scaly ones are in the very best of hands. He cares for your pets as much as you do. Highly recommend over all others period.

  If I could give this place negitive stars i would. We took our dog there to get spayed and are having all kinds of crazy problems since. I have had multiple dogs get spayed and never had an issue. It's a very common procedure. 2 days after we got her home from the procedure she started vomiting everywhere and had diharrea and started to swell pretty bad around the stitches. I called them and they said it was normal and have us 2 different medicines to give her. From there the vomiting and diharrea went away but the swelling continued so I called back a couple days later and they said it was probably just her skin reacting to the tightness of the stitches so they schedule to have the stitches removed a few days later. The following day the swelling was way worse I took her in and told them it wasn't normal and they need to look at her. They then told me she had a bacteria infection( could've been stopped early if they listened to me the first time I said she is swelling up.) To the point where it is now on her neck and everything and they scheduled for the following morning to have the stitches removed and put her on 4 different medications. When we took her in the next day to get the stitches removed they had informed us that the infection was getting worse even with the medicines. They took the stitches out and have her some injections and some powder to put on her. When I was talking to the lady at the front desk about everything and trying to make sure my dog will be ok, she was talking to me like I was an idiot and I've never owned a dog before. We are now heading to the emergency pet hospital to make sure our dog is ok and hopefully get a vet that actually cares about the animals. They took and 250 dollars procedure and made it cost us over 400 with all the meds and everything extra we had to pay for.
