  I had a terrible experience here just trying to get a house we told them our budget and the would not stop trying to get us to spend more than we wanted. After we looked at a house we liked we put our application in and paid the 60 fee (30 dollars a lease holder) then went in the follow day to find out they already gave someone a lease the day we looked at it without telling us and waisted 60 dollars on a house they knew we couldn't have. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. I have been renting through them for almost 2 years and I have never been happy with them.
  Last summer one of the toilets upstairs flooded and caused water damage to the downstairs ceiling. I told them about it. A few days later, my A/C went out. I told them about that as well. They did nothing to fix it and eventually BLACK MOLD started growing on my ceiling!!! I put in multiple maintenance requests but all they ever did was told me to clean it. It had been almost a month before they actually went in and replaced the ceiling and A/C. The only reason they did was because I threatened to sue them.
  
  One of the women who works at the front desk, Janet or Janice or whatever, is extremely rude. She should NOT be working in any sort of customer service position. She continuously calls me "hun" after I repeatedly ask her not to.
  
  I could go on and on about the awful experiences I've had with this business. Just please do not rent from these people! The only reason I stayed so long is because I love the house I live in. I honesty don't want to move out but I'm so sick of this company.
