  Almost always crowded. Place has only 3 squat racks which usually have a line of Marines waiting. If you can go during off hours, you'll get through your work out much more quickly. WiFi service is free but frequently cuts in and out. Look on the desk for the wifi username and password, the main room and the cardio room have different accounts.
